I am a certified Youth Resilience coach, ICF Associate certified coach and a licensed medical doctor. Throughout my career as a paediatrician, I have learned that success is not always a straightforward path. With over twenty years of experience working with children and young people, I have focused on their personal development, helping them to grow and thrive at different stages of life.
Now, as a coach specializing in youth resilience coaching, I aim to support clients from tweens through adolescence to adulthood in building resilience and developing the confidence needed to achieve their life goals.
Whether it's graduating high school, excelling on the sports field, navigating college, starting their first job, or beyond, I am here to help.
Based in Vancouver, I believe in the importance and strength of community.
I am a global citizen and happy to serve clients from all over the world.

I am committed to empowering clients of all ages through coaching to make decisions about their own lives without being influenced by outside opinions.
I provide a safe and supportive environment for you to explore and pursue your personal development goals as you navigate through different stages of life.
As a coach, I help clients build confidence in themselves and trust their instincts, free from the pressure of others.
I offer guidance and tools needed for youth resilience coaching, helping you develop resilience, inner strength, and self-care strategies to overcome challenges and thrive in life.
I believe in the potential of every individual to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, and I am dedicated to helping my clients unlock their full potential and create a life they truly love.
Resilience coaching is about helping young people build the mindset and inner strength to handle life’s ups and downs with more confidence and less overwhelm.
It’s not therapy, and it’s not about fixing what’s “wrong.” It’s about guiding your child to understand themselves better, their reactions, their choices, and their strengths, so they can start making decisions that move them forward.
Through honest conversations, practical strategies, and small, realistic shifts, I help them build emotional tools they can use at school, on the sports field, at home, and in life.
If your child’s feeling anxious, stuck, or a bit lost, resilience coaching gives them a space that’s safe, supportive, and real.
We work on handling pressure, managing emotions, and rebuilding confidence, all without judgment.
You’ll start to see them think more clearly, communicate better, and step back into challenges with a stronger sense of who they are. The goal isn’t perfection, it’s progress. I help them learn how to bounce forward, not just back, and carry that resilience into every part of their world.
I’m a paediatrician and resilience coach, so I understand both how the body reacts to stress and how the mind builds strength through challenge.
Over the years, I’ve seen that young people don’t need rescuing, they need space, guidance, and the right tools to find their own footing again.
My approach is straight-talking but compassionate. I help kids and teens and young adults cut through the noise, make sense of what’s going on, and figure out what they can actually do about it.
We focus on small, practical steps that build confidence and self-belief bit by bit. I’m not here to lecture, I’m here to help them rediscover their spark and move forward with clarity and courage.
I work with young people who want to build confidence, focus, and resilience, not just push through. I bring a mix of science, experience, and straight-talking guidance to help them handle challenges head-on.

I work with young people who want to build confidence, focus, and resilience, not just push through. I bring a mix of science, experience, and straight-talking guidance to help them handle challenges head-on.
Resilience coaching is about developing the mental tools and self-awareness needed to perform under pressure — in the classroom, on the field, and in everyday life. We work on mindset, emotional regulation, confidence, and communication skills that strengthen focus, motivation, and self-belief .
With over twenty years of experience supporting young people and families, I know that no two paths are the same. Whether it’s managing exam stress, bouncing back from a setback, handling performance anxiety, or navigating transitions into university or early adulthood, coaching provides clarity, confidence, and a plan to move forward.
I’m based in Vancouver but coach clients worldwide online. Sessions are practical, honest, and tailored to your child’s goals whether that’s thriving in their studies, performing at their sporting best, or building the mindset to handle life’s pressures with resilience and purpose.
